It is very important that you carefully read through all of the information below before beginning the registration process.

Registration and Payment

Must be completed online by 8/21/2026. No registrations will be accepted after that date. There will be no on-site registration. Convenient, secure online registration is available by clicking the "Registration" button at the bottom of the page. Registration must be completed online by 11:59 EDT, 8/21/2026. If you are unable to register online, please contact ACE's management office at 469.278.6223. An accurate headcount will be provided to our host parks on 8/22/2026.

Registration fees are not prorated for partial attendance and tickets are nontransferable.

Registering Multiple People

You have the option to register additional members and nonmembers. When searching for members, enter as little information as needed to search for the member (usually just the last name). You do not need to enter an email address. If that member is not found, make certain their membership is current. If they have never logged in to the new website, they may need to log in to synchronize their membership information with the new website.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  When you register multiple people as part of your registration, the process will copy the same selections (tickets, age, T-shirt selection, parking, etc.) to the other registrants by default. If the other registrants need different selections, click on the name of the registrant to make changes when you get to the payment screen. Pay particular attention to T-shirts and parking. You do not need to purchase parking for every person if they are in the same car as you, and you probably don't want the same T-shirt size for everyone. Make sure the amount totals are correct before hitting the PayPal button.

Name Badge

You must be registered and wearing your official convention name badge to participate in scheduled ACE Preservation Conference activities. The name, city and state as they appear on your registration will be used for name badges. There is no charge for children under three years, but we do need their names for name badges. Please list their names when registering.

Contact Information

A phone number is required to process your registration. A confirmation will be sent to the email address listed in your ACE profile. If a confirmation is not received shortly after you register, please send an email to registration@aceonline.org.

Nonmembers

Nonmembers must be guests of an attending member. Members must include their nonmember guests on the registration and are responsible for the actions and behaviors of those guests. Register members first. Nonmembers are considered guests of the first member listed. For nonmembers, enter "nonmember" in the member number field. Nonmembers are welcome to become members and register at the member rate.

Credentials and Materials Will Not Be Sent in Advance

All materials, including name badges, will be provided at the event. These materials must be picked up at the scheduled check-in times. If you are unable to do so, you must contact ACE Registration Manager Elena Marziale by phone before 10 p.m. Eastern time at 412.337.3813, or email emarziale@aceonline.org, to make alternate arrangements.

Cancellations

Refunds will be issued less a $35 cancellation fee per person if ACE is notified by 5 p.m. EDT, August 21, 2026. Cancellations must be made by completing a cancellation form. After August 21, 2026, refunds are not guaranteed, but we encourage you to still fill out a cancellation form. If your registration can be transferred to someone on a waiting list, you may be given a partial refund.

Vegetarian and/or Gluten Free Options

Attendees who prefer a vegetarian or gluten-free option should select that when registering. ACE needs to provide the host parks with an accurate count in advance. If a park is already offering a vegetarian item and/or gluten-free item, checking the option may not result in a special entree at the park. Please be advised if you are celiac, the parks cannot guarantee that gluten-free items have no cross contamination. The parks will do their best to accommodate special dietary needs.
