You registration materials should include these items:
Please note: If you are unable to pick up your materials at any scheduled times, you must contact ACE Registration Manager Elena Marziale by phone before 10 p.m. Eastern time at 412.337.3813 to make alternate arrangements.
ACE Preservation Conference name badges must be visibly displayed at all times for all ACEspecific activities. It is your admission to ERT and all ACE activities. If you lose your badge, see Elena Marziale. Elena Marziale’s mobile number is 412.337.3813 if you need to contact her. Name badges and all park tickets, vouchers, etc., are nontransferable.

Our host parks prohibit the use of any cameras or video recording devices on rides at all times. These include, but are not limited to, traditional cameras, mobile phones and GoPro cameras, whether handheld, worn, mounted or otherwise. Refer to park policies for exceptions
Be sure to check the park website for important information regarding ride restrictions, rules and regulations. Please be advised that guests of large stature may not be able to be accommodated on all rides and attractions.

Some of the food items are by request only – ask a catering representative. Although our host parks try to accommodate gluten-free requests, please be advised that they cannot guarantee no cross contamination.
Members and their guests attending ACE events should be aware that their behavior affects ACE’s reputation and that they are expected to abide by ACE’s Code of Conduct.
