ACE Flies with Knoebels 100 - bts

General Information

Attendees have the opportunity to register online for One (1) BTS experience. We need to limit the advance sign-up to one BTS experience per person due to the limited capacity on each tour.

Please be advised that anyone who registers for more than one experience will have all of their entries deleted.

If you are not interested in a BTS experience, there is no need to complete the online form.

Please make sure you read everything carefully and understand the options before you start the tour registration process.

Attendees will receive a ticket for their registered tour with their registration materials at check-in on Friday, July 24, at Knoebels.

Tours will be automatically removed when each option reaches its maximum capcity. Experiences may sell out prior to the registration deadline due to high demand and limited capacity.

Wheelchair or Electric Convenience Vehicle (ECV) Accessible Options

Any BTS Experience that is wheelchair or ECV accessible will have the code "ACC" listed on the option. Any experience that doesn't contain this code isn't accessible by wheelchair or ECV. This is due to the unique nature of the BTS Experience and/or uneven terrain and the tour is not accessible for anyone in a wheelchair or ECV.

How to choose an experience

• Step 1 - Select "1" from the free BTS Experience ticket option. Attendees must register individually and cannot register multiple persons at the same time.
• Step 2 - In the Add-On screen, click on "Show Options" and select only 1 option from the available BTS Experiences.
• Step 3 - Finish your registration by answering the checkout questions. You'll receive an email confirmation after your transaction is complete.

• There is no late or day of registration option for this event.
• BTS Experiences are only available to registered attendees of ACE Flies with Knoebels 100. You must be a registered attendee of the event to participate in the BTS Experiences. 
• Everyone must include their full name and email address when registering. This information will be used to verify that you are a registered attendee of ACE Flies with Knoebels 100.
• Online registration is available until Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
• Experiences may reach capacity prior to the registration deadline due to high demand and limited capacity.
• No mail in registration will be available for this event.
• No materials will be sent to you in advance. All materials will be provided to you at the event.
• An email address must be provided so that information about the tour can be sent to you after registration has closed.
