SCHEDULE ADVISORY

Please be aware that activities in this schedule may be subject to change owing to circumstances beyond the control of ACE or our host parks. These include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or circumstances that may affect ride availability and safe operation, equipment problems or availability of facilities for planned activities. The parks will make every effort to adhere to the posted schedule, with all rides open as scheduled, and to inform ACE and attendees of any necessary changes. No refunds are given.

Orientation sessions for Coaster Con first-time attendees in Summit Room.
(Note: Orientation sessions last approximately 25 minutes. Starting times are 10:30, 11:15, noon, 1:15, 2 and 2:45.

11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

ACE event credential will gain access to the preferred parking lot. For late arrivals who did not check in at the LaQuinta, event packets will be available for pickup at Guest Services until 9 p.m.  After 9 p.m., event packets will not be available for pickup until Monday morning. After noon, attendees can park in the West Lot.

6 p.m.  to 7:45 p.m.

Welcome Dinner: River’s Edge Picnic Grove:

  • pulled pork shoulder, hand-carved smoked brisket stations, mac & cheese, coleslaw, roaster asparagus, cornbread, sliced watermelon, strawberry shortcake, peach & apple crisp w/ ice cream 
8 p.m. Welcome activities in Rockville Theater. NOTE: The theater’s capacity is 500, so early arrival to ensure a seat is encouraged.
9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

ERT: Superman The Ride, Thunderbolt, Catwoman Whip, Gotham City Gauntlet, Supergirl Sky Flyer, Cyborg Hyper Drive.

Dessert snack in DC area. Bar beverages available for purchase outside Johnny Rockets.

ACE Lounge/Photo Contest viewing in Take Six; actual voting hours will be posted in the ACE lounge. Fountain beverage station available.

Noon to 12:30 p.m.

BTS Experience: Superman access road tour [reservation required]

1 to 2:30 p.m.

Lunch in River’s Edge Picnic Grove

  • fried chicken, baked ziti, Parker House rolls, fruit salad, chips, cookies. Looney Tunes character meet-and-greet.

NOTE: Regional group photos will take place near the end of lunch.

7 to 8:30 p.m.

ERT: Quantum Accelerator, Wicked Cyclone, Flashback, Pandemonium, Great Chase, New England Skyscreamer.

Snacks at Bayside Fries (sweet chili chicken fries, cheeseburger fries, bacon cheddar ranch fries); snacks at Chop Six (orange chicken over fried rice, spicy chicken over fried rice).

Little Italy buffet dinner

  • Caeser and garden salad, Asian noodle salad, garganelli pomodoro, balsamic grilled chicken, broiled swordfish, Sicilian grilled streak, roasted marbled potatoes, seasonal vegetable, tiramisu, cheesecake.

While there is no official dress code for the cocktail hour and banquet, business casual, semiformal or resort evening attire is suggested.  Please, no T-shirts or shorts.
