GUARANTEE POLICY:

Guest rooms may be guaranteed for late arrival by contacting the hotel prior to 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. Guaranteed reservations (without occupancy) are held for one night and not for the entire length of stay. Rooms not guaranteed for late arrival will be held only until 11:59 PM on the day of arrival. After that time they will be released for sale to the general public. Rooms may be guaranteed by submitting one night’s room and tax or through use of a major credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are normally allowed without penalty until 6pm day of arrival. Reservations canceled after 6pm day of arrival will be subject to one night’s room charges. Minimum length of stay requirements, if noted, supersede any cancellation affecting duration of stay.
