Southeast Region (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi)

Hey, I just joined ace.  looking for people to visit theme parks with me.  I over here in west Tennessee and I have always considered my home park Dollywood, but there are a couple closer.  Either way, what's up.

Welcome to ACE Robert.  I am in central Tn, so most parks are 3 to 4 hour drive for me. 

I will be attending Hugeapoluza, at Fun spot ATL and SFOG the day prior. 

There are some great county fairs nearby.  For the Wilson Co State Fair in Lebanon TN they(Reithoffer Shows) had 5 coasters with Racing Coaster a rare Filtzer being a treat

For Dollywood, Smoky Mountain Coasterfest is excellent (Nov 14th).  Park does a great job supporting ACE and Christmas is full swing as well as low crowds. NightFlight Expedition should be running and maybe we'll get a tour. 

For Holiday World, if you want just coasters, Friday Night Live is a great event with a lot of enthusiasts.  Beach Bend also does a Friday Lights special, no enthusiasts, but good fun at a nice clean will kept park.  Both Friday events are a good stop if you are headed to Kings Island or Kentucky Kingdom for a Saturday.

Hi, I just joined also, Hampstead, NC near wilmington. Kind of half-way between Carowinds and Kings Dominion. 
I went to Dollywood on a family vacation in the late 90's or early 2000's, I NEED to get back, unfortunately, kids' bowling or billiard youth tournaments have taken us to parks more in the middle of the country, and parks closing or coasters closing have gotten in the way. Totally on my horizon eventually. Gonna sign up to get to september's preservation event out in seattle and portland, and maybe in october for carowinds. I was a day late, couldn't fly out until day later, to say hello and goodbye to Kumba. First and last two rides :( at TBG

Hi Mathew my name is Nicholas I also live in eastern North Carolina as well. From where I am it's 3hrs to BGW and Kings Dominion as well as 4 hrs to Carowinds.  I am also hoping to be able to get to October Carowinds event. 

Welcome!  I highly recommend ACE Southeast events like Rip Roaring Rampage and Smokey Mountain Coasterfest.   Dollywood is dressed up for Christmas and new coaster Nightflight.  Also, there are several mountain coaters in area to enjoy

I am south of Nashville and will be at PNE/Silverwood/Preservation+pre/post, as well as RRR and SMC.
