Friday, July 24

  • 8:30 a.m.: Knoebels main parking lot opens
  • 10:30 a.m. - 12 a.m.:

  • 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Crystal Pool is open to the public and attendees
  • 12 p.m. - 9 p.m.: Knoebels is open to the public and attendees
    NOTE: Ride-all-day wristbands should be worn.
  • 1 p.m.: Informal Take Over Time (ITOT) on Giant Flume
  • 2 p.m. - 3 p.m.: Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) Experience: Bayern Kurve
    Must have preregistered.  Note date and time of your tour ticket.  Do not be late.
  • 3:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.: Late event check in and preordered event T-shirt pickup (Pavilion F)
  • 4:45 p.m.: Welcome Ceremony – Bandshell stage
    • Announcements by ACE and Knoebels team followed by live music by Rick K.
    • Chance Auction winners announced
  • 7:30 p.m.: Group photo - Meet at Pioneer train entrance
  • 9 p.m.: Pre-ERT midway game contest at Derby Racer next to Phoenix Junction.
    No pre-registration required.
  • 9:30 p.m. - 11 p.m.: ERT on Twister, Phoenix, Black Diamond, Flyer and Haunted Mansion
    Snacks served at Phoenix Junction including Tiger Tails and Coaster Fries (French fries, bacon bits and a bourbon-hot honey sauce).

Saturday, July 25

  • 8:30 a.m.: Knoebels main parking lot opens
  • 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.: BTS Experiences:
    • Black Diamond , Flying Turns , Haunted Mansion and History Showcase
      Must have preregistered. Note date and time of your tour ticket. Do not be late.
  • 9:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.: Late event check in - in the StratosFear tower area.
  • 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.: BTS Experiences
    • Phoenix and Twister
      Must have preregistered. Note date and time of your tour ticket. Do not be late.
  • 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.:
    • Water Cup Challenge on StratosFear
      Must have preregistered and present ticket. Do not be late.
  • 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.: ERT on Impulse, Kozmo’s Kurves, Bumper Cars, Grand Carousel
  • 10:45 a.m.: Fascination game available to play at no charge for attendees.
  • 11:00 a.m. - 6 p.m.: Crystal Pool is open to the public
  • 12 p.m. - 10 p.m.: Knoebels is open to the public
    NOTE: Only ride tickets will be accepted during park hours.
  • 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.: ACE Lounge, Pavilion F. Fountain drinks available
  • 12:30 p.m.: Group photo - meet in front of the Phoenix station.
  • 1 p.m.: ACE Roller Coaster Landmark plaque ceremony for the Flying Turns
  • 2 p.m. - 3 p.m.: BTS Experience: Phoenix in-field tour.

  • 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.: Meet and Greet with the Knoebels family and staff. Pavilion F
  • 4:30 p.m. - 5 p.m.:
    • New Member Meetup - Pavilion F. Open to anyone that has joined ACE in the last year or is attending their first ACE event.
    • Eye Spy 26 Contest submission drop off. Look for signage. Deadline is 5 p.m.
  • 7 p.m.: ITOT on Pioneer Train
  • 10 p.m.: Pre-ERT midway game contest at Striker next to Paratrooper.
    No pre-registration required.
  • 10:30 p.m. - 12 a.m.: ERT on Phoenix (lights off), Flying Turns, Paratrooper and Roto-Jets.
    Snacks served at Round Stand and The Old Mill including tri-tators and ice cream.

Sunday, July 26

  • 8:30 a.m.: Knoebels main parking lot opens
  • 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.: BTS Experience: History Showcase
    Must have preregistered. Note date and time of your tour ticket. Do not be late.
  • 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.:
    • ERT on Phoenix, Twister, Black Diamond (lights on), Haunted Mansion (lights on)
    • Be on the lookout for the Mini-Parade of Knoebels custom vehicles!
  • 11:00 a.m. - 6 p.m.: Crystal Pool is open to the public
  • 12 p.m. - 8 p.m.: Knoebels is open to the public
    NOTE: Only ride tickets will be accepted during park hours.
  • 1 p.m.: ITOT on Whipper
  • 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.:
    • Farewell Lunch - Pavilion F *
    • Announcements, including:
      • A farewell from the Knoebels team
      • Water Cup Challenge winners announced
      • Eye Spy 26 Contest winners announced
      • Live auction
      • And more!
    • Silent auction closes at 3:00 p.m.

* One-time through meal includes BBQ chicken 1/4, meatball sub, pierogies (2), potato salad, apple sauce, macaroni & cheese, vanilla ice cream cup and Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Starry & White Birch Beer soda.
