I know this response is pretty late, but Fiesta Texas is probably one of the better holiday event parks. Their Fright Fest and HITP are not to be missed! Also, I hear they have a good Mardi Gras event, but I haven't been able to make it to that. Hopefully with Siebert now over SFOT as well, he'll ...
