Pacific Southwest Region (Southern California, Arizona, Hawaii and Nevada)

What was your favorite roller coaster moment? This would be a time on a coaster where something funny scary or surprising happened. The only reason I want to know is because I am writing a magazine for roller coasters of my own and I wanted this to be one of my articles. Thanks in advance! 

I don't have any real great ones, I'm sure many have better.

We were on Orion when a lady lost her scarf on the drop and freaked out the rest of ride, crying because she was worried that her scarf landed on the track and would derail the next train, as in Final Destination. She was in tears when we got off, ran to the operator to warn them of the impending doom.

I was at Hersheypark with Rendell Bird and we were on the Sidewinder (now Jolly Rancher Remix), their Vekoma Boomerang, when it started to rain somewhat hard.  We were going down the second lift backwards, facing up.  Because we were going faster than the rain was falling, it appeared that the raindrops were ascending away from us instead of coming down.  I will never forget the experience of being on the ride and watching it rain backwards.
