It was announced today at the ACE Preservation T-Shirt Gala that the northwest region is going to play host to the 2026 Preservation Conference on Sept 4-5 at Oaks Park and Wild Waves with a pre-con add on Sept 3 at Enchanted Forest. While all the details have not been released we do know that the event will include ERT sessions and some meals both group style and also meal deals. The Washington State Fair, the PNE Fair at Playland in BC, the Evergreen State Fair, and the Oregon State Fair will all be going on during these dates and we encourage attendees to check out both ACE landmarks at Washington State Fair and Playland as well as the other traveling coasters.
The purpose of this forum is to ask questions about the event which can be answered by other users or members of the regional rep team such as myself or this forum can be used to discuss the different aspects of the event not limited to the parks, schedule of activities, etc. I'm very much looking forward to having the opportunity to have a national event in our often overlooked region and hope we have a great event! It is worth mentioning that the ACE NW regional rep team is looking into other opportunities not limited to admission discounts and/or informal meetups at other parks in the region that are not included in the con itinerary.
