Join ACE Eastern Great Lakes for the return of our annual holiday party,
the 31st Winter Celebration
at Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, Ohio.
Socialize with friends while enjoying a three-course meal
and presentations from parks and industry partners.

 

This event is open to ACE members and their guests only. Registration is required to participate.

 

Registration opens September 30.

  • 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.: Event check-in and social hour
  • 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Presentations
  • 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.: Lunch
  • 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.: Presentations

Join us after the event for Meet Me at Winterfest held nextdoor at Kings Island. Enjoy the park's holiday festivities and get some winter rides on your favorite coasters, all with fellow ACE members.

Our friends at Great Wolf Lodge have provided a discount for those attending Winter Celebration. The discounted rate is good for the nights of December 4 and 5, and includes passes to the indoor waterpark. Anchor Award

As a part of this year's event, our region will be presenting the Anchor Award to a member of the community who embodies the mission of the American Coaster Enthusiasts over the past year. Someone we can point to and say:

"This is what ACE is about."

ACE members with an active membership are invited to nominate people they think fit the criteria. These people can be fellow ACE members, industry partners, or other people of our regional community that work alongside our organization. The Eastern Great Lakes team will review the nominations and select a recipient to be presented at Winter Celebration.

Vendor Tables

Vendor sales tables are limited and will be issued on a first-to-request basis. All vendors and anyone assisting them must be registered to attend the event, and vendors are limited to one table. Tables are available for $10 each, payable via credit card at the time of booking. To request a vendor table, please contact Jon Roost, Regional Rep, via email (jroost@aceonline.org. Vendor table requests will be taken through October 28 or until all tables are claimed.

Additional Information

Merchandise. ACE Eastern Great Lakes merchandise is available for purchase during registration. All items must be picked up at the event (no shipping). All sales are final; returns and exchanges cannot be accepted. A small General Store will be available at the event.

Lunch Menu.

  • Classic caesar salad of romaine, croutons, parmesan, and caesar dressing.
  • Choice of:
    • Parmesan & herb-crusted chicken breast with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and marsala cream sauce.
    • Five-cheese ravioli with roasted garlic cream sauce and fresh herbs.
  • Midnight chocolate cake with raspberry coulis.
  • Assorted rolls with sweet cream butter.
  • Freshly brewed regular and decaffinated coffee and hot tea service.
  • Choice of one assorted Pepsi product (additional drinks may be purchasd during registration).

Details:

  • Registration must be completed online by 11:59 p.m. EDT October 28, 2026. No late or on-site registrations will be accepted.
  • A confirmation email will be sent after your registration. If you do not receive it, please contact the event coordinator.
  • Nonmembers may only attend as guests of a registered ACE member and must be included on that member's registration. Members are responsible for their guests' conduct.
  • Event materials and pre-purchased items (if applicable) will be distributed during scheduled check-in only. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

SCHEDULE ADVISORY

Inclement weather, equipment problems or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the published schedule. The park will do its best to provide ride times and rides as listed; however, the schedule of events remains tentative and is subject to change based on the park's operational status and local health restrictions at the time of the event.

ACCESSIBILITY

Should you need special accommodations such as a wheelchair, speech/hearing, etc., refer to the participating parks policy prior to the event date. Most parks offer a complete guide for guests with a disability.

REFUNDS AND REGISTRATION FEES

Refunds will not be given. Registration fees will not be prorated for partial attendance and tickets are nontransferable. Event attendee substitutions are at ACE’s discretion. Permission must be obtained prior to the event, in writing, from the event contact.

The payment of registration fees by, for, or on behalf of participants releases and holds harmless the American Coaster Enthusiasts Worldwide Inc. and its Officers, Directors, Executive Committee Members and representatives from any and all liabilities related to those activities. Returned checks and chargeback disputes will be treated as uncollected debt. ACE reserves the right to execute debt collection following the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION

Although our host parks are making every effort to keep you as healthy and safe as possible, there remains an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place and place where people are present. Refer to park policies for additional information, requirements and latest updates.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Members and their guests should be especially aware that their behavior affects ACE’s reputation, and they are expected to abide by ACE’s Code of Conduct at all times during the event and follow all host park policies, including, but not limited to, alcohol consumption. Members are responsible for the conduct of their nonmember guests. Parents and/or guardians are responsible for supervising minor event attendees. Members found to be in violation of the code are subject to ACE's disciplinary procedures, which may be in the form of, but not limited to, verbal or written warning, membership suspension or involuntary termination.

Any violations of park policies, including underage alcohol consumption are a violation of section C.1 of ACE’s Code of Conduct and could result in suspension of the member’s ACE membership as well as action by the park.

NAME BADGES

You must be registered and your official event name badge must be visible to participate in scheduled event activities.
