Join the American Coaster Enthusiasts Rocky Mountain Region
for a fun-filled day at
Lagoon Amusement park!
Details with the park are still being worked out, and a schedule of events will be shared as soon as possible.
Come prepared for a day of fun in the sun with your fellow enthusiasts!

 

What's Included

  • Exclusive Lagoon history tour- before the park opens to the public, join us for a behind-the-scenes look at Lagoon's history, straight from the park itself

  • Park-wide scavenger hunt- search out Lagoon's classic rides, hidden history, and a few of the park's more obscure corners

    • Raffle drawing- complete 7+ clues for one entry, or all 12 for two entries, for a chance to win prizes.

  • Group meet ups throughout the day

Check-In & Late Arrival Policy
Check-in is 8:30-9:00am, with a hard cutoff at 9:00am due to our pre-opening behind-the-scenes tour.

If you arrive after 9:00am, you won't be able to join the tour, but you're welcome to enter once the park opens to the public at 10:00am.

If you're planning to arrive late, and are not a season passholder, please contact Amber (alightbody@aceonline.org) for help with entry.

Tentative Schedule:

All Day- We have the Rose Pavilion reserved, so if you need a shady spot to take a break, feel free to hang out!

8:30-9:00am- Event check in

9:00 am- Pre-opening behind the scenes tour

10:00am- Park opens to public! Have fun & look for scavenger hunt spots!

10:30am- Group Photo & Informal Take Over Time (ITOT) at Wicked.

11:30- Family/kid meet up and ITOT at Bombora. All are welcome! We just want to make sure our smaller members get included in the line up for the day!  

12:00pm- BYO Lunch! Grab lunch at the park or brown bag it, and meet us at the Rose Pavilion for some community time! Check in with Amber if you’re ready to redeem some scavenger hunt clues for raffle tickets!

3:00pm- Raffle time! Meet at the Rose Pavilion to redeem your scavenger hunt clues for raffle tickets and snag some awesome prizes! Please be present if you want to get the goods!

6:30pm- Casual dinner meet at the Rose Pavilion. 

8:00pm- Evening ITOT at Cannibal.

9:00pm- Park closes! Safe travels and thanks for coming! Look out for our post-event survey and  link to add your photos to the ACE archives!

SCHEDULE ADVISORY

Inclement weather, equipment problems or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the published schedule. The park will do its best to provide ride times and rides as listed; however, the schedule of events remains tentative and is subject to change based on the park's operational status and local health restrictions at the time of the event.

ACCESSIBILITY

Should you need special accommodations such as a wheelchair, speech/hearing, etc., refer to the participating parks policy prior to the event date. Most parks offer a complete guide for guests with a disability.

REFUNDS AND REGISTRATION FEES

Refunds will not be given. Registration fees will not be prorated for partial attendance and tickets are nontransferable. Event attendee substitutions are at ACE’s discretion. Permission must be obtained prior to the event, in writing, from the event contact.

The payment of registration fees by, for, or on behalf of participants releases and holds harmless the American Coaster Enthusiasts Worldwide Inc. and its Officers, Directors, Executive Committee Members and representatives from any and all liabilities related to those activities. Returned checks and chargeback disputes will be treated as uncollected debt. ACE reserves the right to execute debt collection following the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION

Although our host parks are making every effort to keep you as healthy and safe as possible, there remains an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place and place where people are present. Refer to park policies for additional information, requirements and latest updates.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Members and their guests should be especially aware that their behavior affects ACE’s reputation, and they are expected to abide by ACE’s Code of Conduct at all times during the event and follow all host park policies, including, but not limited to, alcohol consumption. Members are responsible for the conduct of their nonmember guests. Parents and/or guardians are responsible for supervising minor event attendees. Members found to be in violation of the code are subject to ACE's disciplinary procedures, which may be in the form of, but not limited to, verbal or written warning, membership suspension or involuntary termination.

Any violations of park policies, including underage alcohol consumption are a violation of section C.1 of ACE’s Code of Conduct and could result in suspension of the member’s ACE membership as well as action by the park.

NAME BADGES

You must be registered and your official event name badge must be visible to participate in scheduled event activities.
