A Wicked Good Time With ACE took place on August 9, 2026, at Lagoon Amusement Park in Farmington, Utah. This event was organized by the Rocky Mountain region and attracted 20 attendees, with folks joining from as far away as Vermont! It was a scorching hot day, but that, at least, kept the lines short. Many major coasters were walk-ons for much of the day, including the ACE Roller Coaster Landmark, Roller Coaster.

Adam Leishman led the group in a tour of the park.

The day started with a park history tour before the park opened to the public. It was led by Adam Leishman, Lagoon's creative director, who gave attendees a rich and detailed look at the history behind various areas of the park.

The Rocky Mountain region had reserved the Rose Terrace for the day, which happens to be the oldest building still standing in the park, and it served as a great home base for check-in and the midday lunch meetup. Throughout the day, attendees also gathered for several informal group ride sessions at some of the park's signature coasters.

Group rides were organized on Wicked (left) and Cannibal (right).

A photo scavenger hunt sent folks exploring some of the park's lesser-known corners and turned up some genuinely fun pictures along the way. Attendees who completed the hunt were entered into a raffle for prizes including ACE swag, 3-D-printed coaster toys, a Colorado parks gift bag and more.
